Effective January 1, 2006 all new PCCharge licenses will require a first year support contract from Verifone. End user support will be available via telepone and email from 8:00am - 8:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Support covers all aspects of PCCharge, including installation,set-up, merchant operational questions, and configuration of new features.
