Gift cards and Frequent Diner Programs are a very important aspect of running a restaurant. They provide a means of
creating customer loyalty and a way of introducing new customers to your restaurant.
Gift Cards are always well received and are considered a good way to advertise your restaurant
to others.
Frequent Diner points can be operated and applied as a
manual process. Alternately a customized automatic reward program can be created
and applied directly to enrolled customer's orders.
Full reporting is available to track frequent diner points and status by
customer. Capturing customer information through this program can be used for
marketing promotions such as to advertise loyal customer specials.

Recharging Gift Cards
Gift cards can be reused and are often used like a secured credit card. If the customer's
balance is low, you can offer to recharge the gift card to add more value to it.
Checking Balances
If a customer wishes to check the balance of their card before using it or are just curious as to the
remaining balance, you can swipe the card while on the Main POS screen to have display the
balance.
Gift Certificate List
This feature allows you to review a list of all gift certificates issued. This
list can be exported to a text file to be used in a
spreadsheet or word processor.
Redeemed Gift Certificate Removal
AldeloŽ For Restaurants allows for the deletion of redeemed gift card information
from the system. Outstanding gift
certificates are not affected. |

Use the Aldelo Gift Certificate Server Application for a
Multiple Restaurant Location Environment - Customers are able to redeem or
recharge gift certificates from any location with balances tracked centrally.
